The aims of the Group are:
1. To promote a strong sense of community by bringing the village together to enjoy the experience of gardening.
2. To share the information and experience we hold with other members.
3. To work together to enhance the village of Holt and its surroundings through improving the community spaces in the village.
4. To make gardening accessible to all irrespective of age and ability.
5. To promote environmentally sustainable practice.

By Car:
• From the centre of the village take the B5102 (Frog Lane) in the direction of Rossett.
• Just as you reach the village boundary, turn right into Old Chester Lane. This is an unmade road.
• The opening in to the Community Council allotments is approximately 50 yards on the right hand side through a wide metal gate.
• From the public car park on Cross Street, walk through an opening in the hedge and turn left on to a footpath.
• Go through the metal gate in to the cemetery.
• Proceed through the cemetery to the far end where there is a metal gate in to the allotments.
