We are a Community Interest Community originally established to provide Forest School activities for children, but now also run Woodland Wellbeing sessions for adults with mental ill health. We provide nature based activities in a woodland setting, aimed at improving emotional wellbeing by building confidence, self esteem and emotional resilience.
