We are a day visitor attraction, castle and venue working in partnership with Ysgol y Deri (a large school for children with additional needs and life limiting conditions) to provide opportunities for their students to participate in a range of gardening activities, and catering activities using the produce from our gardens. We aim to use some of the food made by the school in our catering and beverage outlets. The school will be using our produce in their cafe and external catering business, run by the students.
Link with Parc Prison for similar projects involving retraining, upskilling and mentoring prisoners on site, on our farm and at the prison.
Link with Cadoxton Primary School to provide seed and have an involvement in their community food programmes and other projects in the future.
