MHA Communities, offer a variety of exciting and fulfilling social and online activities and services for people aged 55 and over. From befriending and online activities to dance and exercise classes and assisted shopping, there's something to suit people of all abilities.

Our aim is to enable older people to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible, helping them to live later life well in their local communities. We are in the process of developing Green Care therapeutic activities which take place through interaction with nature and are particularly beneficial to improve the physical and mental health of older people and those living with dementia, which helps them to live later life well.
We hope that the programme will range from indoor and outdoor sessions such as potting and gardening which offers participants the possibility to be actively engaged.
