Wyre Community Land Trust (WCLT) was set up in 2007 to look after the habitats and wildlife of the Wyre Forest, and provide opportunities for the local community to learn and engage with the natural environment and heritage crafts. We have an established volunteer programme, with over 40 regular volunteers who support our conservation and woodwork projects. In addition, we host education and care farm visits, and offer supported volunteer placements as part of our green social prescribing programme. We provide opportunities for the wider community to learn about our work through regular newsletters, events and courses.
