For over eight years the Good Life Project (managed by Pendle Leisure Trust) has utilised therapeutic horticulture to deliver a high-quality intervention to help isolated and inactive individuals with mild to moderate mental health conditions improve their confidence, skills and well-being and integrate them into their local community. For many, Good Life provides that vital, safe and secure first step to help integration back into society.
