We provide outdoor supported play activities through our 'Ponies and Play' Project. Children and young people come to our centre to spend time outdoors with the ponies, learning about communication, trust, respect, teamwork and reslience - this is achieved through participating in tasks that meet the ponies' basic needs such as grooming, feeding and mucking out. We then use these learned skills in supported outdoor play activities such as pond dipping, den building, slack lines, five minute fires, climbing, team games, treasure hunts and camp fires with shmores.
