We provide community farms with horticultural & social therapy, We also will be delivering animal assisted therapy. We build and maintain community wellbeing gardens.
We plan to enable our animal therapy services to travel to local community centres and children's homes to enable these to access support, as they can not attend our farms.
We aim to reduce social isolation and improve mental wellbeing, by utilising peer mentors and workshops to enable people to gain new skills and confidence with the support of a mentor with lived experience.
