The Findhorn Foundation is a charity and a leading international centre of transformative learning, rooted in a pioneering ecovillage in the north of Scotland. The charity runs holistic educational programmes online and onsite, covering the broad spectrum of sustainability, spirituality and personal development. Its work also focuses on the regional context, aligning with local needs and priorities to create and run social inclusion and resiliency initiatives. Through partnerships with local organisations we create community solutions to the issues we are currently facing.

We provide weekly day services of social and therapeutic horticulture in our 7-acre community garden at the Findhorn Ecovillage. Together We Grow is a funded project for adults experiencing difficulties with their mental health and Findhorn Bay Care Farm provides a meaningful, creative and fun day service for adults with learning disabilities or those on the autism spectrum.

Our services improve the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of participants through gardening, being in nature, meaningful activity, social connection, group building and spending time in a peaceful community environment.
