The Plot Thickens is a small market garden based in the Scottish Borders that provides the local community homegrown vegetable and herb plants in the first half of the season, and veg boxes and salad mixes in the summer and autumn period.
I involve myself in charity fund raising for a local primary school, and have recently provided plants for a primary school’s veg garden growing project, and will be supplying the continuation of veg plants and some education about local food.
Finally, I will be supplying herbs to a local zero waste café throughout the summer.
