Holme Farm is a registered charity, which specialises in using its 14 acres of Surrey countryside to help individuals improve and regain personal wellbeing through contact with nature with likeminded companions. The aim is to create an accessible community space for all through community allotments and gardens, a workshop, crafting and many other activities.

For our outside space, the ethos of Holme Farm is rewilding. Grasslands will become wildflower meadows, non-native species will be removed, and wildlife habitats will be encouraged to flourish. A pond, sensory garden, orchard, allotments, and nature trails are being created, along with a fenced-off area for roaming wildlife and an apiary. Holme Farm is designed for both enjoyment and learning, offering recreational and volunteer opportunities for everyone.

Members of the community can either volunteer regularly at the farm or visit occasionally to make use of the facilities. Corporations also help support the farm by volunteering as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility days or by providing financial donations.
