I am a BACP Accredited Therapist working in private practice. I recognise the limits of 'room based talking therapies' and so am trained in and able to offer Walk and Talk Therapy, Animal Assisted and Equine Therapy. I currently only work with adults and have a particular interest in supporting the parents/carers of young people who have experienced trauma.
