WATIF is a community development trust that has been running since 2012. In September 2023 we took ownership with funding from the Scottish Land Fund of our own farm. Since purchasing Loanhead Farm we have started various activities which include a tearoom, community growing with both indoor beds in our pollytunnel and outside growing space, community workshop, kids activities, yoga, art club, bee group, E-Bike rental and are currently almost complete in renovating the old cowbyre into a community space that can be used for various events as well as renting this space out to generate income.
