Friends with Diabetes UK is seeking funding to support our Glu-Cows Farm Crew project, which serves 12 Jewish children aged 11–17 living with Type 1 diabetes in disadvantaged areas of Hackney. In these communities, children often face a debilitating stigma around their diagnosis. This stigma can lead to fear, isolation, and secrecy—causing some children not to participate in meaningful extracurricular activities.
