Within the walled gardens at Llanerchaeron National Trust we have 10 small plots being used to grow flowers, vegetables and fruit by members from the local community. Each plot is individually managed by plot holders who have access to tools, compost, pots and under cover growing space. The are aim of the plots is to provide a friendly and encouraging allotment environment suitable for beginners to experienced gardeners alike, and whilst growing food to eat also promoting growing for pollinators and nature. We currently have 10 plots being managed but this may grow if more people show an interest.
