The event is aimed at staff and volunteers working with (or planning to work with) people with moderate to severe learning disabilities. Materials, refreshments and lunch will be provided.

• 11:00 - Arrive, refreshments
• 11:15-12:30 - Farm walk with co-farmers with learning disabilities the farm to experience the range of activities
• 12:30 to 13:15 - Lunch
• 13:15 to 14:00 - Presentation from Rural Care and social worker, followed by Q&A and discussion
• 14:00 to 14:45 - Detailed look at contracts, support plans, personal risk assessments, goal setting and collecting evidence, and sharing everyone's experiences
• 14:45 to 15:00 - Feedback and identifying future needs and opportunities
• 16:00 - Opportunity for further networking
