Gardeniser Pro Training - blended course

Gardeniser means 'Garden organiser' - a key organisational role within community gardens, farms and growing spaces that needs a unique combination of skills.

Gardeniser Pro provides a formal qualification that recognises the professional skills required for an organising role within a community garden, farm or growing space.

This blended 10-week online and in-person Gardeniser Pro course will be delivered by Social Farms & Gardens.

The course will involve two full-day site visits with teaching in Carmarthenshire on 20th February and 7th May 2024. The rest of the course is delivered over eight online taught sessions (Tuesdays 16:00 - 18:00) starting 28th February - 30th April 2024, with a two-week break over Easter. 

The course is for adults aged 18 or over and will be delivered in English. All course work, written material and communication can be submitted in English or Cymraeg. 

Cost: £300 to cover 10 weeks of blended learning. We are able to offer ten free places to suitable candidates in Carmarthenshire.

Successful completion of the course, practical project work, and an online test will result in obtaining a European Gardeniser Pro license.
