‘Let it Grow’ is a transitional project for adults with a variety of care and support needs, including autism, mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, dementia, learning and physical disabilities. It combines farming and horticulture to provide therapeutic sessions every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am – 3pm. The project aims to develop and progress people towards learning, volunteering and working opportunities by creating development plans inline with support plans to help clients reach their full potential.
School groups and other organisations can benefit from tailored curriculum linked activity sessions as well as Forest School sessions. The Farm facilities, including the yurt, are also available for hire.
