I am a Social Prescriber in Nottingham City Centre, and have started a community garden for patients and members of the community in the area to come along to the garden.

The aim is to help tackle social isolation, mental health, no access to gardens, friendship making, social activity.

People can come along to have a chit chat or they can garden.
