Our community garden is run by and for people who have been or are currently homelessness and/ or are vulnerable to homelessness due to mental health issues for example. The city garden with veg growing, orchard, wildlife ponds, show gardens and forest skills area is based on a square site made up of 6 full sized allotment plots. The group members are involved in the decision making, planning, maintaining, harvesting, cooking and traditional festivities on site.
