GCF Cumbria Care Farmer Health Briefing

Clare Edwards is the Health Partnerships Manager for Cumbria CVS. Part of her role is to help make links between third sector organisations and the health system and to help organisations understand and navigate through the often complex health system. This includes providing information about the key GP based social prescribers, health coaches and care co-ordinators based in the County. We are lucky to have secured an hour of Clare's time to provide this briefing for Cumbria based care farmers and prospectives to assist understanding and encourage networking.
