About the Community Land Advisory Service in England

At the moment our Community Land Advisory Service is only funded to support projects in Wales, but we continue to look for funding for a CLAS England service.

If you're looking to start a community growing project in England, useful resources produced by our CLAS Wales team provide general guidance on:

The heads of terms template and guidance is a useful for suggesting the terms you should be looking to achieve.

Please note that planning processes in England and Wales are becoming increasingly different so it is important to not use Wales-only guidance if you are based in England. You should always seek advice from your local planning authority before starting any works.
