One Seed Forward has two main aims :
1.to encourage schools, community groups and families in Aberdeen City & Shire to grow their own vegetables, herbs and fruit, cook nutritious meals with them and give some away to others in the community to enjoy. We do this by giving away seed potatoes, plants and seeds for free to interested parties.
2. to create Garden Schools using educational materials developed by ourselves and the University of Aberdeen
