As part of the Mind Skills Development Service, we run a City and Guilds Level 1 Practical Horticulture course for people experiencing complex metal health issues. This is based in the Meanwhile Wildlife garden, a public space established just 45 years ago. K&C Mind have since then planted trees, created ponds, laid hedges around the garden and this past year created a new orchard under planted with a mix of nectar rich perennials and shorter lived plants.
