A small scale regenerative market garden, growing mixed veg, sold in the local community. We're launching a CSA program this season, aiming for 20-25 shares.
As part of the CSA we intend to run a "crop swap" in the village for the community to share their own excess from their gardens, and then we are looking for a partner (food bank or community kitchen) to donate surplus produce at the end of the week.
