Equilibrium is a therapy practice which utilises the healing power of animals and nature together with my professional counselling skills to support people's emotional and mental health and support their personal development. My practice provides 1:1 individual counselling, walk and talk, and animal and equine-assisted therapy sessions, as well as therapeutic learning programmes to small groups of adults and young people.
