Mae’r prosiect newydd (a ariennir gan Gymunedau Gwledig Llywodraeth Cymru - Rhaglen Datblygu Gwledig 2014-2020, sy’n cael ei hariannu gan Lywodraeth Cymru a’r Undeb Ewropeaidd) yn golygu y bydd FfFfDGC yn parhau yng nghanol gweithgarwch tyfu cymunedol Cymru, gan roi cyngor a chymorth i brosiectau tyfu cymunedol sy’n dod i’r amlwg, yn ogystal â helpu i rannu gwybodaeth a sgiliau. Rydym yn cynorthwyo nifer o fodelau tyfu cymunedol, gan gynnwys: ffermydd cymunedol/ gerddi/ perllannau / rhandiroedd/ amaethyddiaeth â chymorth cymunedol a gerddi marchnad a reolir gan y gymuned.

Dyma hafan Gwasanaeth Cynghori ar Dir Cymunedol Cymru (CLAS Cymru), sydd â’r nod o helpu grwpiau tyfu cymunedol, perchnogion tir – yn ogystal â phobl eraill sy’n ymwneud â mynediad tir – i weithio gyda’i gilydd i wneud mwy o dir ar gael ar gyfer tyfu cymunedol. Mae CLAS Cymru yn brosiect pum mlynedd, wedi’i ariannu gan y Gronfa Loteri Fawr, sydd â’r nod o ddarparu cymorth a chyngor arbenigol i gannoedd o brosiectau tyfu cymunedol a pherchnogion tir, a fydd yn helpu miloedd o bobl i ddechrau tyfu.
